Hi Zenboy & thanks for this--appreciated. You can use bar chords in DADGAD, but it's more interesting to leave some strings open (acting as "drones") while fretting others to create unusual chord voicings. The tuning is poplar among folk and ambient guitarists. :-)
DADGAD(?) So... Dsus4/A? Very interesting structure. Are you able to play bar chords with this tuning?
